A list of items we recommended you avoid for the next 24 hours:
- Anything that would stain your white teeth , such as Red Wine, Cola, Coffee or Tea , Mustard or Ketchup , Soy sauce , Smoking
- Anything that may cause sensitive teeth , such as too hot or cold water , ice cream.
Brush at least twice a day. It is good practice to brush after eating and before bedtime.
Be careful about chewing toffees, gum, grainy rolls and tough food in this area
